About Esteem Mentoring

We are here to make an impact to those with mental health issues, complex behaviours, intellectual disabilities, and at-risk youth. We want them to realize that they matter. Our ultimate goal is to help them build the self esteem to overcome life’s challenges and build a life of meaningful relationships, meaningful work, and meaningful experiences.

At Esteem mentoring we have a team of mentors who are compassionate and have the internal desire to impact the community in positive ways. Not only do they use the training and skills acquired through mainstream education but our mentors also bring their own life experiences to the table.

Our philosophy is rooted in building long lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and respect which allows us to make an impact on NDIS participants’ lives by helping them realize that they are capable of doing more.

We are more than just billable hours… We find fulfilling work in creating opportunities for Participants to nurture capacity, improve self-awareness, and build the resilience that is needed for the real world.
