Our NDIS disability support services

Esteem Mentoring provides NDIS supports for adults aged 18 to 65 across Moreton Bay and South East Queensland. We start by listening, check that we are the right fit, and then build support around your goals, your routines and the people who matter to you.

We support NDIS participants who self-manage their funding or use a plan manager.

Who we support

We support adults aged 18 to 65. Our team has experience with acquired brain injury, autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability and physical or sensory disability.

For autistic participants, that often looks like predictable routines, clear visual or written plans and a worker who takes the time to learn how you communicate. For people with psychosocial disability, it means flexible support that can move with good weeks and harder ones, and a worker who stays steady either way.

Is Esteem Mentoring the right fit?

We will be honest with you. Whether we can help depends on where you live, the workers we have available, the skills your support needs and how your plan is funded. If we are not the right provider, we will say so early and point you towards someone who might be.

How support is funded

Most of our supports are funded through the Core and Capacity Building budgets in an NDIS plan. Each service page explains which part of a plan usually covers it. Your plan manager, support coordinator or local area coordinator can help you check what is in your plan.
