Meet Kathy

Hi, I’m Kathy! Affectionately known as “Miss Kathy” at Esteem Mentoring. I bring over a decade of experience in aged care and disability support. I enjoy working with individuals facing mental health challenges, visual impairments, and dementia which reflects my deep understanding and compassion. I’m renowned for my unwavering support.

I often check in on less experienced staff, offering guidance and encouragement. My “mother hen” approach helps foster a nurturing, collaborative environment that aligns with Esteem Mentoring’s mission.

Outside of work, I am a devoted mother and grandmother who values time with family. I also enjoy hitting the gym, watching Netflix, listening to contemporary music, and researching fun activities for my participants.

My warmth and dedication help me contribute meaningfully to the Esteem Mentoring team. I take pride in supporting individuals with disabilities and at-risk youth by building genuine relationships and providing personalized mentoring.
